We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, financial situation, goals, and other relevant documents to provide appropriate financial advice. This is done in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not sell or rent your information. Your data is only accessed by authorised Divergent Wealth personnel and used solely for delivering high-quality financial advice and services.
We strongly discourage the use of email for sensitive documents.
Instead, clients are encouraged to use their secure client portal to upload personal or financial information. This helps protect your data from phishing, interception, or accidental exposure.
Divergent Wealth retains client files in accordance with Lifespan’s recordkeeping requirements for a minimum of seven years from the end of the client relationship.
