In 2018 Angelo recognized people taking the medication PrEP would have issues obtaining comprehensive life insurance and by using his extensive networking in the industry he found success working with select insurers to get a solution for the LGBTQIA+ community. This was again repeated in 2023 when HIV+ people could now get comprehensive cover where previously it wasn't possible or prohibitively expensive.
